There is lots of concrete in Russia..... and long, long hot summers! So what have the youth found to do to pass the time? Why, flowboards of course! They then can wakeboard with no wake, and snowboard with no snow. Flowboards offer a 45 degree angle and work just like a snowboard....but on dry land.
Of course, skateboards are popular too (surprising isn't it)? And the gentle "roar" of both the flowboard and stateboard can be heard between the buildings of urban cities in Russia.
